Delivery and Risk
Call It Spring remains responsible for arranging delivery of your order to the address provided during checkout.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact our Customer Service team so that we can investigate the issue with the courier and assist you in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.
I would not keep the Canadian sentence saying:
“risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the delivery company”
because that shifts the risk to the customer before they actually receive the order.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
